Okay y'all, I keep forgetting how much I love doing extended family sessions. And then I walk away IN LOVE with the whole thing! Getting to see the different generations, the fun ways in which families grow, not to mention how some of the sweetest interactions happen in these sessions (hint: scroll to grandma & grandpa photos <3). It also helps when you get to work with families you adore, which is how I feel about the Duffields.
The minute I stepped inside their home, I was welcomed in like a friend. Every person was kind and welcoming, and such good sports: they were willing to trust my vision and go outside for some pictures even with the extreme heat and humidity.
Fun fact: I was actually a camp counselor for one of the sons. I did not put the connection together until I got there, and it was such a blast from the past (in the best way:)).
